    How long does shipping take?

    For customers in the United Kingdom, the estimated shipping time is between 1-3 days. For international shipping, the estimated time is also between 4-5 days. Please note that these timeframes do not include the preparation and shipping of the products, which takes between 2 to 4 days.

    What if my product doesn't arrive within the estimated time?

    If your product has not arrived within the specified time limit, please contact our customer service. In the event that your product is not received within the set time limit, we will provide a full refund.

    What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

    If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos of the damage and send them to our customer support at contact@unionheat.co.uk. After verification and confirmation of the case, you will have the option to receive a new product or a 100% refund.

    What is your return policy?

    You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any problems. If the product is defective or not working during this period, you can return it to us at your expense and receive a full refund in store credit to reorder a new product.

    Can I exchange a product?

    If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact our support at contact@unionheat.co.uk for assistance with the exchange process.
